Besides having the most peaceful mountain stream setting, just minutes from Asheville, our cabins and cottages are beautifully decorated and furnished and offer most of the conveniences of home.
Including, but not limited to:

Our cabins are beautifully decorated and furnished with a mix of local antiques and a few more modern pieces, for comfort.
Kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toasters, and dishes...all the usual cooking and serving items needed. There is an iron and ironing board in each cabin. Grills and picnic tables are available at each cabin. There’s even a firefly jar for the kids under the kitchen sink.
All cabins have at least one porch with porch swing, rockers and table & chairs for dining outside. 9 of the cabins have front porches on or overlook the stream.
Wi-Fi is available on the hill top area surrounding the office. Tables, chairs, a swing in the arbor and picnic table are all scattered around for your use.
We have a private mountain stream that is great for trout fishing. There are nature trails for hiking up the mountain.
We have a large recreation area with playground, horseshoe pit, volleyball, basketball, soccer goals, tetherball, badminton, and other types of recreation equipment available for your use, including tubes for the stream, (providing we are not in "drought mode").
We keep a good supply of “loaner” items for your use. Ice cream makers, blenders, blow dryers, baby monitors, picnic baskets, “pack and carry lawn chairs”, fishing poles, aqua socks (for stream hiking), movies, guide books, books of local interests as well as a good supply of miscellaneous reading material if you’d like to just have a lazy day in the hammock. If you want to read into the evening, book lights are available for your use.
