Mountain Springs Reservation Policy

There is a 3-night minimum stay (some holidays may require a 4-night stay). You may call to check for shorter stay availabilities. Weekly rates - 7 nights or more - receives a 10% discount.

We reserve the right to change cabin assignment in reservations made for less than the minimum night requirements.

Check-in time is between 2:00-5:00PM Eastern time Monday through Saturday, unless other arrangements are made with our office. *Sunday arrivals are accepted ONLY in stays of 7 nights or more, holiday weekends not included. Since we do not work on Sunday, we will not book your cabin the Saturday night before, so it will be clean & ready for your Sunday arrival. We will email you "Sunday check-in procedures" with your confirmation letter.

This will hold your space until we can send a confirmation letter to you. Confirmation letters, information & directions are usually sent out during business hours the following day. If you are reserving after hours for the next day, please check with us before coming to make sure we are expecting you.

All reservations are pre-authorized on your credit card at the time of reservation, payment in full due upon arrival.

Notes:

Office hours are from 9:00AM-5:00PM Eastern time Monday through Friday, and 10:00AM-2:00PM on Saturday. The office is closed on Sunday.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations require a 30-day notice in writing, with a $40 service charge applied. No cancellations accepted in the months of June, July, August, October or for any holiday or group reservations.

Rates:

The cabin information sheet will tell you how many the cabin will sleep. 2,4,6 or 8. Each cabin (with the exception of 8 & 9) can accommodate 2 more if you are bringing an air mattress or pack and play. Please add $10 for each person over that amount.

We have 11.75% sales tax added to cabin rate. No other fees.

Add $10 for each additional person over the max occupancy listed for your cabin. If going over 2, please check with our office.

If there are only 2 in your party and you are booking a cabin with a loft there is an additional charge of $20.

Our facilities are strictly for paying guests. If you would like to have visitors here, please discuss your plans in advance with our office.

A credit slip is required at check-in for cabin security.

Our property is "Family Friendly". We also have a section of the property for those not traveling with children. See cabins 8,9,13.

Special Notes:

“Return points” may be added to any minimum stay (stays of 3-4 nights or more.) If you have only one bonus night, it must be used on a Sunday. Please note use of comp night in the box when making your reservation online.

Pets allowed in "Pet Friendly" cabins only. See Traveling with Pets. Pets are $10 ea. 2 Pet max. Pets must be pre approved (breed & age) Please read our Pet Policy. There is a $200 pet security deposit.

All of our cabins are Non-smoking. Ashtrays provided on porches.
